If you could make your own countries, what would it be?(The law the culture.....)

I would make Seojinland🤣(?) and I would make education flexible. Or maybe ban it all together! I would make a new kind of goverment where everyone could make a law if they wanted to. It would be fun! Everyone could make a law if they're popular and gain enough votes.
