Jool Education E-Book/PDF Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs refund requests for digital products (e-books and PDFs) purchased through Jool Education (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.
 

1. Scope

  • Applies to: All digital downloads of e-books and PDFs sold on our website.

  • Excludes: Physical products, subscription services, and bundled offers that include physical components.
     

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if one or more of the following apply:

  1. Defective File

    • The downloaded file is corrupted, unreadable, or fails to open in standard PDF/e-reader software.

  2. Incorrect File Delivered

    • You received a title or version different from what you purchased.

  3. Duplicate Purchase

    • You accidentally bought the same e-book/PDF twice within a 24-hour window.

Requests made after 14 days will be assessed on a case-by-case basis but cannot be guaranteed.
 

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot refund where:

  • You change your mind after successfully downloading the file.

  • You did not read the product description prior to purchase.

  • Your device’s software or hardware prevents access, provided the file itself is functional.

  • You experience an interrupted download but can resume it.
     

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email Us

  2. Include in Your Message:

    • Order number

    • E-book/PDF title

    • Date of purchase

    • Brief description of the issue

  3. Acknowledgement & Review

    • We’ll confirm receipt within 1 UK business day.

    • If needed, we may ask for a screenshot or the faulty file for verification.

  4. Resolution

    • Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

    • If we can correct the issue (e.g., resend the proper file), we may offer a replacement instead of refunding.
       

5. Payment Methods & Processing

  • Refunds go back to the original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Actual posting times vary by payment provider.
     

6. Exceptions & Escalations

If you believe your situation warrants special consideration (e.g., exceptional circumstances), reply to our refund confirmation email. We aim to respond within 2 UK business days.
