- World IssuesWhat do monsters from my darkest nightmares, Udmurtian grandmas, space age twins and a person dressed as a metallic Christmas Tree have in common? They have all been entries in the Eurovision song contest! This is a singing (questionable) spectacular (in all senses of the word spectacle - well maybe not eyeglass!) competition that happens in Europe every year. Each country sends a song to compete - sometimes they send serious songs, other times they send what are sometimes called the 'novelty' acts. Sometimes they win - Lordie in the top left of the picture above won for Finland! This year there was a witch & a demon, a digeridoo player, a firefighter, and a man with the most enormous shoulders. What would you send from Korea to represent them in the world? Could it be based on something from your room at home? Words to test your understanding: questionable spectacular spectacle novelty act
- Creative WritingThere are many kinds of dimension, like one dimension, two dimension and even three dimension. But how do things look like in one, two, three dimension? For example, when the world is one dimension and even everything was, every thing would just be a line and a dot. The things only could only move front and back. If James Teacher and Ben Teacher meets in a one dimension, what they could see is only a dot. When things are in two dimension, everything would look like a line. A better thing is that they could move front, back, left, right, and even in different other ways. When both teacher meet here again, they wouldn’t still recognize them. Three dimension is a place where we live, so I don’t have anything to tell you.Y(^_^)Y There is also four dimension, but we don’t call it like that. We call it the great demension. The thing is that. This dimension, might not exist. Maybe it could be impossible. There is no other way of having another dimension. All we found is height, front length, and side length. Then what other direction could there be exits? Maybe like this? (●´ϖ`●)
