Service Description
Goodbye boring vocab classes. Real classroom. 75% speaking. 1 unit/week. This is a real classroom on Google Meet: books open, pencils ready, students speaking out loud, and the teacher leading from the front. We move fast: 1 unit per week. Wordly Wise Book 5 becomes a 20-week sprint, then we move on to Book 6. How class works (every Sunday 8:00–9:15pm KST): 15 mins — Answer Clinic (last week’s unit): we review the most-missed questions and train the thinking, not just the answer. 60 mins — New Unit Mastery: vocabulary learned in chunks of 5 (1–5, 6–10, 11–15), with constant speaking and teacher-led pacing. Breakout rooms: students work in pairs/triads, practice speaking and mini-project tasks, while the teacher drops in to coach and “upgrade” their sentences. Training for every question type (1A–1E): we model the method so students can complete the whole unit confidently at home. Optional bonus (free): Gimkit vocab game at the end for students who want to stay and play. The first 3 months are Principal-led with James — fast, elite, accelerated, and ridiculously fun. What students need: Wordly Wise 3000 Book 5 Pencil + notebook Quiet space (headset recommended) Homework: Students complete the unit after class using the methods learned. (The book becomes easy when the method is right.) Classroom access: All students are invited to a dedicated Google Classroom where we use the same link each week and keep everything organised. “What parents will notice” (optional section) Your child stops guessing and starts explaining answers Vocabulary moves from “I know it” to “I can use it” Speaking confidence increases because every child speaks repeatedly every class
Cancellation Policy
These Plan Terms apply to purchases from Jool Education LLP (“JOOL”). 1) Who we are 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX | OC434518 2) What you’re buying Monthly Pass (4 Sundays): £56/month (FX/fees may apply). Includes 4 class credits in the plan period shown at checkout (typically 4 weeks). Class time: Sundays 8:00–9:15pm KST | Capacity 12. To attend you must book each session in Wix and select “Use Plan.” 3) Validity & unused credits Covers 4 Sunday sessions in the plan period. If a month has 5 Sundays, it still includes 4 sessions unless stated. Credits expire at the end of the plan period and do not roll over. Plan is one student only and non-transferable. 4) Missed classes / your cancellations If you miss a booked class, that credit is used. If you cancel a booking in advance, your credit can be reused within the same plan period (subject to available sessions). 5) If JOOL cancels If we cancel due to teacher/system issues, we will offer either a replacement class or an extra credit (or equivalent make-up). 6) UK cooling-off (online purchases) UK consumers usually have a 14-day right to cancel from the day after purchase. To cancel, email [contact@sayhijoo.com] with parent name, student name, plan name, purchase date, and “I want to cancel.” If you asked us to start during the 14 days (e.g., you book/attend classes), we may deduct a pro-rata amount for classes delivered (typically £14 per class delivered) and refund the balance.
