I was just wondering which historical figure you most admire or despise and why ? I am a well known fan of the controversial, Olympic hero , Nero ! Not a huge admirer of the giant, beer guzzling, Peter the not so Great ! Very keen to hear your historical heroes and villains !

The historical figure I most despise is the evil emperor Nero. He tracked down Christians and made them fight in gladiator matches to die. He sent the messenger away and enjoyed his party when he was notified of the Roman Fire, even building a palace for himself where the houses had been burned to the ground. Some say that the other competitors had to almost walk during an Olympics marathon just to let Nero win. As I also say, NERO the zERO!
