I think the healthiest diet is to have a balenced diet, because eating only plants or meat can lead to health problems. Eating only plants will end in leaving out B12, Vietamin A and some fats and protien. In contrary, eating only meat will end up in having overweight and having too much fat and less vietamin from plants.
